The one where I exposed my goals

I initially wasn't planning on sharing my 2014 goals.
I kinda just wanted to keep them for me this year.

However -7 temperatures keeping me from really doing anything and a real case of "writer's block" has led me to this post where I just give it all up. White flag resolutions....white flag.

Heck, stick around, I might start sharing pages from my diary journal
Let's be real....is there really a difference between a diary and a journal?

So....I give you....a sample, of my 2014 Goals.

Join another small group.
I joined a small group through my church about two years ago but it broke up about middle of last year due to people moving or losing interest. But I miss meeting up with my girls to discuss what we're learning....and talking about our lives.

Really find my place in the fitness & nutrition world.
I've been doing lots of research and know that I want a bigger place in the fitness and nutrition world...it's just finding the best opportunity.
2014 is going to be the healthiest, fittest year ever, I just know.

Start researching real estate
To be honest, the actual purchase of real estate is probably a few years out (Atlanta is a pricey, pricey place...they don't call it the New York of the South for nothing) but I know that I want to be in a loft/high-rise somewhere in the city (you will never find this girl in the burbs....vom) so I figure it's never too early to start figuring out what I like!
floor-to-ceiling windows might be my one of my most favorite things!

Invest in RWM
I started some whispers of a new look and some new content in my previous post and I'm excited to get started....once I figure out what said new look should be. I really want to grow this blog into a little more of a professional spot....while still keeping the "me" in it.

In 2013, it kinda hit me that I don't want life to just pass me by. I know it's different for every person but, for me, I want to look back on my life and have an overload of memories and experiences. The last three months of the year were so full for me...so many new friendships and fun events...makes me so excited for this year. I'll sleep when I'm dead....or maybe every 10 days when my lack of sleep seems to catch up to me like a brick wall. :)

...so there you have it, well, along with the usuals...cook more (I crack myself up), save more (see goal #3) and devote more time to reading blogs (you hear that work?!?)...oh and floss, basically because I plan on making a dentist appointment in the next few months and I want to be able to lie confidently that I do indeed floss without my gums gushing blood.

What are your goals and resolutions?

Should one of them be "getting in shape," "losing weight" or a cousin resolution of any of those, I'm hosting a February Fitness challenge I hope you'll join me for!

Floor to ceiling windows are amazing, but SO so cold in the winter! (I just hung a sheet and towels over one of mine to try to keep all that horrible -28 Chicago weather out, haha!)

I so relate to your goals! I just branched out as an self employed personal trainer but I want to do more more more always! Too bad you didn't live closer we could be like brunette Tone It Up girls haha!
It's all a process finding our places in the world. Quite an exciting process!

I'm trying to makeover my blog's look too, but have no idea where to start!

And yes to fitness! My friends and I just started a fitness link-up (which I'm totally failing at right now because I'm sick) that I think could use your expertise and tips. Please let me know (frikkenduckie@gmail.com) if you'd be interested in participating and maybe guest posting or hosting it.

I've always had an interest in fitness and nutrition too and have even recently considered leaving the accounting world (gasp!!) to go back to school and study nutrition. Not sure I ever will, but excited to see where it takes you this year!!

I have a list in my head(haven't put it on paper yet) of goals for the new year. Some very serious. Some silly.

Buy a new toothbrush and go to the circus are just some examples of the silly from that list.

hope you get lots of wonderful experiences this year!
