So Full

I've been thinking these days on how full my life is of things to be thankful for. I usually bolt as far away from cheesy, predictable saying, quotes or trends as I can but, in honor the month that holds Thanksgiving, I wave my white flag...I think listing things I'm thankful is a worthy enough cause to embrace the cheese.

Day 1 - Running
....even the ability to walk. I get so sad when I see people in wheelchairs. I never want to take for granted the ability to walk or run or even stand....the freedom you feel with the ground passing beneath your feet is one of the greatest joys in life.

Day 2 - Sisters
I mean, I don't know what it's like to have a brother but, being born into this world with a ready-made best friend, emergency outfit provider and partner for random adventures isn't such a bad deal.

Day 3 - Forgiveness.
Sometimes I really screw up. How freeing to know there's nothing I have to do to make up for it.
Ephesians 1:7

Day 4 - Makeup & Nail Polish Oh my!
It's so much fun being a girl sometimes. I could sit at the makeup counter for endless hours playing with all the shades and new products.

Day 5 - Work.
I've been in jobs before that I hated. The ones that bring Sunday night depression because you know your merely hours away from five days of being in a place you're miserable. I'm so thankful to have a job and one I love going to.
Sooo cute
if only my office were this pretty!

Day 6 - Blogging (friends)
I know, it's a predictable one to end with but life would be infinitely less rich without the sweet friends I've met through this little space.

This is great. I didn't realize I was thankful for running until now since I can't exercise for 3 more weeks. I keep thinking about people in wheelchairs or that are paralyzed and have to live with that forever. I'm so blessed! Thanks for sharing this!

I know exactly what you are talking about regarding that "Sunday night feeling." I used to always get that in just about every job I've had and school. Boo.

I sat on the floor tonight watching Mickey Mouse and giving my daughter a "pedicurk". I'm thankful for pink nail polish and adorable tiny toes.

This is a sweet list. I've never really thought about it but the ability to walk is really such a gift.
