The Making of September

I'm a big list person. I think it's hereditary because my mom and sister are big list people too. It's not uncommon to find excel sheets of chores within our homes. 

For this whole year, Shalyn has posted monthly goals and I always love reading them. And then I love the dawn of a new month seeing what she's accomplished and what new goals she's up to. So this month I've decided to follow suit and make my own September goals. Yes, I realize I'm already a week late...guess I like lists and challenges. 

SEPTEMBER GOALS 
Focus on nutrition in addition to training for my half marathon
Spend time going through my closet and putting together professional looks with what I have
Pay it forward
Get back to studying Italian 
Work on the look of this blog and re-launching sponsorships 
Try a new recipe
Make time to be social 
Don't skip the Pilates and yoga workouts (or post-run stretching)
Get excited about Fall 
Figure out my travel schedule for the next 2 months
See something new in my city

oh my goodness that picture is GORGEOUS, darling!! and i love all of your goals for this month! especially going through your closet and making new outfits with what you have- i reallyyyy need to do that!

Post-run stretching and pre/post run foam rolling are SUPES important! I always put on some chill Pandora station as soon as I get back in the house, plop myself down on the floor and get after it... I'll usually zone out for about 20-30 minutes, but end up stretching really well then. : )

i love that you are studying italian! that is so cool :-) I would LOVE to learn it!

i'm a mega list person, too! my poor planner is lists upon lists, so i totally get this way too. i think i need to make my own list of september goals!

and i didn't even realize that you ever studied italian. impressive!

I love lists :) I make them daily, weekly, monthly etc! My goal this month is to give up pop and get into a normal exercise routine!

I think one if the biggest challenges for me as a new mom is that I can't plan anything!! I'm so used to having every thing planned out and now it's the exact opposite!
I like 'see something new'-going to try that one!

oh man. I can't remember the last time I wrote out monthly goals. I kind of miss it. It gave me something to work for.
