Fountains, brownies and seating sob stories: A Kansas City Tale

This past weekend was one of the most fun I've had in a long time!

4 of us girls escaped work around noon on Friday and jumped on a plane to Kansas City, Missouri.

Naturally, I somehow messed up the seating and found myself sitting against the window all by myself while my three girlfriends chatted all lined up.

I'm sure I could have just asked the aisle man to switch with me. But instead, I simply leaned across middle seat person and aisle man and said (in the saddest yet realistic voice I could muster) "Byyeee girls. (sad face) I'll see you in three hours (heavy sigh). Thankfully aisle man picked up on my subtle hints and offered to switch with me. So I spent the remainder of the flight happily leaning across the aisle chatting it up.

Me and "B Team Bridesmaids" spent the rest of Friday and most of Saturday exploring the great city of Kansas City (which by the way State of's just wrong to name a city by another state's's like state incest).

We met up with the bridal party after the rehearsal dinner
Atlanta Chicks

and we may have felt the need for a midnight snack
which was necessary to wash down with a chocolate milk shake #getinmybelly

On Saturday morning Danielle and I went for a morning run which was totally driven by guilt of what we'd done the night before

After we'd run off our guilt, we decided it was time for....brunch

And since Kansas City is known for its fountains, it seemed a shame not to take a picture like this
Don't be deceived...this is actually take 37. And yes, yes I am 5 months along. Thanks.

Saturday night it was wedding time:

Side Note: Nina liked this pic. I'm not that girl that posts pics of others when only I look good in them. We laughed over her "seductive look." Get it girl.

Dr.and Mrs. Hunsel! Shannon was the most gorgeous bride! And they are going to have the prettiest tan, brown-haired babies EVER!

My Muffins

'if you're a bird, i'm a bird.'

They are going to live so happily ever after!

PLUS, Shannon's orchestra played Taylor Swift before the wedding. #bestbrideever

The End.

and XO,

There's two things I have to say... 1. I cannot believe you went for a run! You my lady are hardcore and I doth my cap to you. 2. You want fountains??? Aix-en-Provence is the city of a thousand fountains... you should come as see it and then mosey on buy The LPV. (you can't take Fifty running with you)
