That Time I was a Loofah

So this past weekend we celebrated Halloween. And if you follow me on instagram, you'll know that I was a loofah....and even though it was high maintenance costume that required hourly floofing and despite the fact that I totally looked naked, it was so much fun!

And we had the best time

We started the night off taking some pics of my friends scrubbing up against my loofah....but then realized that that looked super creepy and we needed a new approach.

I then took to scrubbing my friends directly.....Like I always say, a clean dinosaur is a happy dinosaur my friends

We met superheros of sorts

and some creepers along the way

but most importantly......you can stop looking people....I find him

We did some window watching washing

And encountered some trials along the way
Like bar creepers

and missing handles #loofahproblems

but all in all....I have some pretty amazing girlfriends
I mean, have you ever seen another adult pull  off a youth-size dinosaur costume so flawlessly?

What were you for Halloween?!

You look so cute! It looks like you had so much fun. I wore an evil queen/princess costume to run in. Just dropped the cape and suddenly was a princess. Have a great week!

Awesome costume! Looks like fun. We saw a few Waldo costumes (on kids) at Mason's Fall Festival. Amazing how Waldo is still around and popular. PS - LOVE when Danielle makes appearances on your blog. Reminds me how small this world is.

I love the loofah costume. I had actually considered that myself. I decided to be a pinata but then no one was having any good parties so we stayed in. lad you had a blast.

Totally cute. I was at a Halloween party this past Saturday and there was a loofah there. But she wasn't nearly as cute as your loofah.

So cute; I love the loofah idea! My husband and I decided to dress up on a whim so we threw together some 80s costumes. Not too original, but it was hysterical to see my husband rock a mullet wig almost his exact hair color. He was barely recognizable :o)

Brilliant costume idea! Did you use tissue paper of tulle or what? This year I was a toddler, but next year I think I need to be a loofah, or Snoop Dogg. I haven't decided yet :)
