I’m Ashlee and my little blog is And They Lived Happily Ever After…

My husband of two years is a Submarine Officer and that keeps our life intriguing. Meet him. He’s a gem, I tell you.

My blogworld is all about my life as a health obsessed, faith obsessed, entertainment TV obsessed, happily(moooost of the time, just keepin' it real) married life. I love a little champs, good makeup, seven jeans, running, and traveling. Preferably all in the same day.

I have been known to laugh too much, cry too little, and always have a joke on hand.  Well, a joke that at least one person thinks is funny…including me.   Serious is so not my cup of tea…or scotch....or double chocolate milkshake….hey, whatever your little heart desires.  We are not here to judge.

I got in to blogging because I think there is beauty to be found in everyday...and blogging helps me to remember it all.

Speaking of traveling, sometimes you need to...

Am I right or am I right?

Well, we just DID.  We took a little trip to Denver, CO!

Here are some of my favorite highlights from the trip!

We rode in a hot air balloon...

We did some White Water Rafting...

We did a little mini hiking...

We stayed at a nice resort to celebrate hubs' birthday...and ate some cake....

We sang some songs in the car in honor of Ashley....

And we ended the trip with a climb up a 14,000 foot mountain!
