Bad News for Stomach Sleepers

I’ve noticed in quite a few articles recently that sleeping on your stomach is bad for “beauty sleep.” According to doctors, the average head weighs 7-8 pounds and putting that much pressure on your face every night can cause wrinkles. It’s better if you sleep on your back and allow the gravity to pull the skin down. As a stomach sleeper, I find this very troubling however I still don’t think I’ll be joining the back sleeper club anytime soon!
